This is a rainmeter skin. You will have to install rainmeter and add the files in the “skin” folder in order to work the lightning. And if you don’t know how to install 3rd party windows 7 themes go check our tutorials and follow the instructions.

Hi,
You must install Rainmeter because this is a rainmeter skin. After you install it you will have to activate the .ini file from rainmeter. The .ini files are in the Thunders Folder.
ok thanks! it helped! but what about the themes? i mean, there is no .thm file found anywhere in the folder that i downloaded. my start menu and windows explorer are just the same. i already placed my skins and wallpaper.
That is why I told you it is a Rainmeter skin only and it will not change your starting orb and frames. I suggest you combine it will some other blue theme for ex. Alienware blue or Prometheus or some other of your choice. To pass the surveys you can subscribe with facebook and you will be able to download all premium themes for free. There are lots of cool custom themes, icons and gadgets but you will have to experiment which style is best for you. Enjoy
