How do you install this? It doesn’t have a pack.ini anywhere or a setup folder, and no readme to help. I’m new at this, so what should I do?
First you have to download Universal Theme Patcher and patch your files. There are plenty of tutorials about that. After you download this theme you will find “blue line” folder and “blue line.theme” file that you have to copy and paste in your C:Windows/Resources/Themes folder. Then you have only to right click on your desktop, choose customize and select the theme. That’s it
